Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at DS WATERS?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at DS WATERS?

If you are looking for a job where there is no support from management, and the moral is low, then DS Waters is your place. The management team in El Paso is a group of individuals who have grown up together. You have to be a yes man and litterally a puppet to be part of that group. They lack management skills, people skills, common sense, analytical skills, very very uneducated. You are basically on your own. They just want to sit and eat all day infront of their computers. If someone is out, they do everything possible to not have to cover a route. They will add stops to your day even if it results in you having 90 to 100 stops. Oh, and then they will ask why you had overtime and question why you where not able to solicit and acquire a new customer. IT'S A JOKE!!! They also allow bad accounts to be set up on your route (to pad their numbers and make budget) and then make it your responsibility to collect or retrieve the equipment. Once they have turned in bogus numbers and made their bonus, the threats start of having to work on Saturdays or lose your job if you don't collect from the delinquent accounts that "management" allowed to be set up in the first place. It's a Wonderful Place to Work!!!
