Can anyone comment on the nature of the work and pay for these types of positions? im a 25 year old with a bachelors in engineering, with 3 years experience as a mechanical/ hvac engineer. Are guys of my status in demand? ive applied online to numerous companies... how long does it typically take for them to call back, if ever?

Find another company....dyncorp is not the only one out there. and their pay is less than KBR,,, their benefits cost more and they deduct more than KBR , and the pay comes out to 1000 dollars less per month for the same job, and they hire more foreign nationals and treat them better, and yes there are better companies to work for out there.
