I worked for a company in Central Alabama that brought these jokers in to evaluate internal people and succession planning!
What a GD joke they were! They gave all managers (like me) a personality test to see who fit "the profile" to be the next generation of leaders for the company.
I matched the "profile" 97% and the result was bringing outside replacements in for all the upper level management positions....they probably got more money for placing people from external organizarions than identifying them from within!
I flew the coup about 3 months after that farce! Others have done the same.
