What is a typical day in the life of an employee at E-Loan?

Eloan is a very relax environment. No dress code required. Most people are dressed in T-Shirt and jeans or even sweats. Anything goes. It is a very friendly place to work. Most people have been here for years since the beginning of time. As a company at the beginning, we used to go to places for happy hours but the company had gotten big and corporate like, we no longer as a company but as a group of friends and co workers, we still "happy hours".

It is a great place to work for.
