I have recently been offered Client Delivery Executive position at EDS. I have 13 years of experience at top-tier consulting organizations (PwC and IBM) and I am wondering whether this would be the right fit in view of my experience and skills. Right now I am a senior Band 9 manager at IBM.

Would someone provide information on this role, where it stands in the hierarchy, is this an exec role (and, if not, how far away is it from an exec role), etc.

Its above tech delivery mgr, you may have several mgrs reporting to you ... try lower mid tier
