What are the average starting salaries, bonuses, benefits and travel requirements like at EMC? What do you like best about working at EMC? Are there any great perks or special treats for employees? |

commercial acct reps in the field are not making too much more than the inside commercial reps. There is more money in the Enterprise space. The company is not the easiest to work for. If you're not their type of person, it'll be difficult....if you are, you'll do fine. This is a company that will work you hard, beyond hard....and in sales, you very much need to be a go-getter, a relentless dog with a bone. I've worked there several times over the last 10-11 years and been in various organizations. |

Thanks for the info. I received an offer from them (base $60-$70k plus commission). Is EMC a good employer that recruits top talent or are they always trying to fill spaces in their commercial side? Also, how do you get on the enterprise side? |

EMC layoffs in Mount Holly, New Jersey 58 months ago |
EMC is like a wave- they hire like mad during good times and have MASSIVE layoffs at the slightest HINT of bad times. Why would anyone work there? |

To get the financial analyst 1 position, how much experience are they looking for? Is there any company that will hire an MBA graduate with no or little experience as a financial analyst? |
