... seems to be a therapy board, and not a productive discussion. I wonder what the site developer thinks this is all about. Having a board where people just whine doesn't sound like a winner to me.

I've worked for EMC for over a decade in a variety of positions. It is not the easist place to work, and I like that. I always have been fairly compensated, fairly treated and well-valued as an employee.

No company is perfect. No employee is perfect. But, in general, I like the company, its people, its management and its values.

And if you've had a bad experience being employed with EMC in the past, well, sorry about that. Time to move on with your life, folks.

I agree with you. You ain't seen nuttin yet if EMC is the only place you've read. In another thread we had two women who admitted they were suicidal over job loss and taking meds for a life-long mental condition and they got angry when someone referred to them as "crazy." They even had their doctors come on here to explain how crazy people are just as normal as pie and never dangerous. It was a hoot.
