It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Earthwatch Institute? Any advice on striking the right note? |

The interviewing process was very unprofessional. I was scheduled to meet with two directors. After having taken half a day off from work for the interviews, the first one was 20 minutes late, met for 25 minutes max and the second one wasn't available at all. There was no follow up, even after sending thank you note and calling for a status update, no one ever communicated with me again. Rude and a waste of time! |

I knew their former public relations director, Blue Magruder. She was, I think, Earth Watch's first one, and was there until recently. The organization has changed a lot over the years, including apparently its management style. That might be why Blue is gone. Hope she's doing great. |
