The interview I had, I felt was pretty good. Polite and friendly and happy to answer questions.

A for questions you'll face, that can depend on who interviews you and what you have for work history, etc.

One question that my apply to all is:

"Name a professional or personal accomplishment you're most proud of, and be detailed."

Another would be:

"How do would you handle a high pressure situation?"

And lastly:

"When I contact your references, what would they say about you?"
