my husband works for dishnetwork and has for almost 3 years, yes he complains about the bad days he has,but no matter where you work you have bad days, if you stay long enough at any company you receive respect from upper managment. my husband has been able to take vacations days, sick days and Paid time off days. his pay is good yes the benefits are not very good, but you also do not have to pay for them either if you do not want to. He has complained about his coach and even charlie ergin, however we still makes very good money. if you do your job correctly whatever write ups or complaints being made towards you, you have the write and are given the time to object your comments and prove you are doing your job right.

When I was at Dish, there were positions that seemed to be easier and less stressful. In my case I was looking for a way to get more experience in my field and move on.
