hi im a employee for dish and they asked me to go to maine for 3 weeks to work and i live in mass. do you know if they generally give you your own hotel room or do you have to share with another tech?and do they pay for food while your up there?

Unless the policy has changed while I was at DISH, you will be sharing a room with another tech. More than likely they will give you cash up front for the trip for food so you don't have to do the expense report. Doubtful Charlie has gotten more generous with his travel policy since I left in 2005
