The pay is pretty good, but you earn every penny! I use to work for the company and eventually got fired. My supervisor would never help me. If you have a decent supervisor you may make it. I had a rural route that had me driving all over the place at night. Hopefully yours is centralized if you get the job. You get paid every two weeks. The training is in Minnesota. Process takes a little while to get hired. On the job training for a couple of months and the school is a month long.
It's hard work my friend, and if you have a family, say good bye to them because you'll always be working.
