how do others feel about Ecolab????

any comments or complaints tell, the truth now

I have worked of ECOLAB for almost a year and it has been a great experience. I worked for Terminix before and was run into the ground. Coming to ECOLAB was a breath of fresh air. I found hat if I work hard and take care of my customers then I am taken care of. I am making more money they I ever have and the opportuintes to move up in the company are already coming if. I do work the graveyard shift and I do have to start taking call after 1 pm but I don't have to drop everything right then to meet with the customer they are fine with a 24 hr window (at least for pest). I work in Houston and it is full throttle year round for pests and I still get time with my family. I would not leave this company for any other. Benefits are good and the 401k is fantastic. They also have a pension plan as well. Very good training as well. They gave me everything I needed to be successful.
