I was told that my background check was being done between my phone interview, and F2F interview.... I had to wait until the results came back before I could schedule my F2F. She said that it was my Crimnal background check. Do they do the employment background and education background at a later date?
I already have an offer, and have been "Cleared" to leave my current employer by my hiring specialist, so is there any chance I may get any surprises, or does all seem good to go? I am scheduled to start mid july. The only reason I suspect that a background check still needs to be done, is that I checked the box that said "post hire only" when asked if they could contact my current employer. I'm a little nervous about it, because I was unsure of some employment dates as well as education dates. Any answers would be awesome!
