Edward Jones Career Scope

I am in a transitional position in my career and would like your suggestions to whether I should aggressively pursue the Edward Jones opportunity that may be available to me. I have the option to either work as a Trader for one of the following institutions HSBC/ SCB or pursue the option with Edward Jones.

Some questions I have in mind
1) After 1-2 years establishing a core client base, would it be a good idea to continue with my education and obtain an MBA? Is that something I can do along side while working with Edward Jones

2) Will future employers see Edward Jones as a solid and highly reputable entity? After my MBA I may wish to work for large FI and want to make sure that I have the option to do so after my experience with Edward Jones.

3) Also what growth should I expect if I commit my maximum effort? By growth I mean as an individual and career growth.
