It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Edward Jones? Any advice on striking the right note? |

The pay isn't much, but at least they are paying you while you study. The pay amount decreases after four months, and eventually you become strictly commission based. Edward Jones warns new advisors to be prepared to struggle financially the first couple of years, but they have built in bonuses for new advisors that are not that difficult to reach. The salary the first year varies by region, but expect less than $25k in salary, but you can realistically make that much and more in commission and bonuses. |
