I am a recent college graduate and I am currently in the process of interviewing for both the PASS Program and RDP. I am unsure if I am going to be offered either position, but on the chance that I am offered both, I do not know which would be the better choice. Does anyone have any insight? |

Well, it depends if you want to sell, which is what this firm is built behind, so you would get your series 7 and 66. The RDP is great if you want to have a boss, a salary you know you'll make, and some overall financial experience. PASS gives you the skills to be a great FA, no matter what the firm, but you do have to stay at Jones for 3 years before you can use your license elsewhere. |
