I have the one hour phone interview next week. I was wondering if anybody knows what type of questions they ask? the more specific the better.

examples might be:
Tell me about a time you experienced rejection
Tell me about a time you received an award/recognition at work
Tell me about a time you used successfully persuaded someone
Tell me about a time you networked to solve a problem

Think situationally about your past work experiences -- not just with your most recent employer. Set up the situation, your thought process, action, and result. Each question will be followed by several other clarifying questions.
