I have held a similar position (at least based on the job description) at another financial services company. I'm considering applying for this position in the Tempe, AZ office.

Can anyone tell me what starting salary I could anticipate? What is the day like? Does anyone have any insight on what to expect in this role?

How are the benefits with EJ? Specifically medical & retirement benefits.
