They do not have adequate staffing hence the residents are not cared for as promised when they are enticed to buy into the so called care they were promised. |

sad face in Los Angeles, California said: They do not have adequate staffing hence the residents are not cared for as promised when they are enticed to buy into the so called care they were promised. staffing is the hardest to manage in senior living. the low pay and the type of work that caregivers do, does not lure or entice people to stay or do a good job. Companies need to get over making very high margins- (higher than any other business) and pay more to the staff that do all the work. |
