It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Eos Airlines? Any advice on striking the right note? |

You start with a presentation by George and Hector about the company and its mission. You sit at a conference table woth the other applicants. there were 25 present the day I interviewed. Soon after you will have your face to face interview with either Hector, George,Linda, Carolyn or Elizabeth. all of whom are very lovely, I just loved Hector! He is the first male hired as a flight attendant by Pan Am...very nice man... If you make it throught to the next round~ you will be asked to take a break in the cafe and rejoin the selected applicants back in the conference room after lunch. Round two consists of introducing each other to the group and then breaking up into groups, Groups chosen by Eos, to do the survival excerise, the group with the most correct answers wins a tee shirt! Then it is time for the second face to face interview! good luck!

They sent me an email yesterday declining :( It was a shock since everthing seemed to go so well and I had made it to the final phase? even won a tee shirt...LOL Anyway, it was a good learning experience, I only wish that they would let you know why they declined so that you can learn what went wrong, constructive critism is always good! Best of luck to you! |

All very good information regarding the process. Thank you all. I had my phone interview with George earlier this week and was invited to the Group Interview in Rochester on Dec 19. I will be making my way from Arizona to a much colder climate from what I have been reading about recent weather reports. |

Yes, of course that would not be good. That's why I'm flying in the day before. I used to commute for my last airline job and I know how that can be. My girlfriend is 22 years Delta so, she's pretty senior on the stand by list. That helps too. :) Her husband is 767 captain 27 years Delta so I'm not sure who's pass I'll be using. LOL

No, not that I am not aware of, however, I was told that the Dec 19 interview will have 20 attendees. I am thinking about coming in two days prior to avoid the possibility of flight cancellations the day before. |

David, I was told to notify you that you need to be really dressed up for the occasion. Let your male friends know that there were 8 men at the interview and only 1 made it to the final selection, he was very handsome, a size 40 suit...intelligent and extremely well groomed! Their FA are above average in looks... |

I so enjoy your forum responses. This is your competition? watch out for danger!!! found it on the web!!! i'm looking for pros & cons..i have an interview with eos airlines on 12/17 for a flight attendant position & i'm having a really hard time deciding if this is the right thing for me to do for the last 4 years i worked as an underwriter at a mortgage bank & got laid off a few months ago because that industry is a mess right now..getting laid off was probably the best thing that ever happened to me because i was NOT happy but was too scared to leave & make the change...it's tough to leave when you're comfortable sooo..i'm looking for a change..i'm single, 28, not married, no kids...why the f*** not right? i'd like to do some traveling & get some free flights while i'm it!! thoughts?that's one of the things that's holding me back..thinking about any events i'd have to miss out on (including holidays) but eos airlines flies only to london right now (soon paris) so when i think of all the parties i can hit up in london it makes me it's not so bad.. as for drug testing...i think it will be good for me...i smoke pot daily & really can't do this forever..i NEED something to make me stop because if there isn't i may decide when it's too late...i have a hard time saying no... need to do some soul searching this week and ask myself am i ready to STOP? i guess i'll never be ready...just gotta jump into it! pills can be out of our system in 3 days so i can work that around my flights...it will definitely reduce my intake which is a good thing... |

Hi...would you know what is the age range of flight attendants in EOS? I read somewhere that they seem to prefer people with experience at high-end hotels over ex-flight attendants with a lot of years of experience, dont know if its true ( i hope not!!! :)... would appreciate any thoughts on this...:) |

Gwash said: Hi pinkflight, Gwash, forgive me if I read your posting incorrectly, but wanted to assist if I could. I, and I believe Pinkflight as well, are attending the December 19 interview in Rochester- I understand you are going to an interview 2 days prior in Purchase NY on Dec 17. I looked up the Dinosaur restaurant, and the address is listed as 99 Court Street. I am posting this because I noticed your statement that "I am attending the 12/17 EOS interview as well.." and thought you may have confused our interview date with the one you are attending in Purchase. All the very best with your interview. |
