I just submitted my application and filled out the remambrandt profile.

1. How long until i get scheduled for a phone interview on average?
2. How long is the whole application process?

Took me 3 days for my application to be processed, 4 more days for the phone interview to be scheduled, 3 days after the phone interview for the skills assessment to be scheduled, 1 day after my skills assessment was received for my on site interview to be scheduled, 2 weeks after the interview to find out that I didn't get the job. Total the whole process took me 7 weeks.

Does anyone have any idea why they send out the request for more information to some people and not others when all the information is already on the application? I ask because both me and a friend of mine applied and she never got such a request while I did.
