Does Epic systems Fires employees frequently ?

Every company has a policy of firing people, and some companies are very strict, some are lenient. DOes anybody have any information or statistics for this ?

They do employee evaluations and regular purges of low performers. They compare employees with others who have the same role and have been there for the same amount of time and they fire (force them to quit) the bottom some percent. They don't do it very often as they have high turnover (Judy claims they don't but anyone who has been there for a while knows that's not true). I couldn't say what the rate is but most people who aren't doing well generally quit before they are fired.
