EPIC Interview Questions

Hi!
I have been scheduled for a phone interview With EPIC this wk.As I was going through the forum,i noticed that all the postions discussed were mostly for programming and s/w development.I am a science Graduate and I am appling for a clinical microbiogist position.has anybody applied for a similar postion?if so,please respond to this question pls.I want to know what should i expect in the phone interview and what are the next steps in the hiring process after the phone interview,and things like what kind of questions shld i expect and is there skills assessment test like that for S/W?please respond since I have very less time
