Epic has had an executive assistant to the CEO position posted since February 2007. Does anyone have insight on why the CEO can't find a qualified person in 4 months? Is she that hard to work for?

The position for Technical Writer has been in just as long. They must not need anyone that badly.

I applied for the executive assistant position. Had an interview. Didn't get the position but I was contacted in reference to a different position. dont have a real strong academic background, although I was told I have a lot of experience. The interview was really intense for the executive assistant, so maybe that has something to do with it.
