Do you work at Epsilon? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?

Lay offs are underway. Not a good idea to get in right now.

You get a job pretty much any other way you get job here at Epsilon.

Do stay away from the Hilton project and stay away from the new development environment (I think they called it SOA archtech group or something like that). They both are extremely abusive and unethical.

... though, there will be jobs opening in these areas as all employees I know are interviewing. It is a true story and really sad. I count about 25 employees looking for jobs to leave.

If you can handle marketing abuse, a pushy environment, fast paced, intense... then these are the jobs for you. Some people need this type of motivation.

Since people are leaving here all the time, its not hard to get a job. Interviews are ususally 2 or 3 people at a time.
