How to get a job at Erie Insurance.

Do you work at Erie Insurance? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?

Any advice for someone trying to get in?

Have a mother, father, brother, sister or uncle that already works there.

They interviewed for a loss control position a few weeks ago, called me and we spent almost 3 hours talking. Over 27 years experience, an ARM and engineering degree, 3 professional references, certifications in TX, AR and MO failed to impress them. After a week I was told I was not the one they wanted and thanked me for coming in.

If you have no certifications, no experience and no education, you will probable stand a better chance than I did.
