Did anyone work in the downtown L.A. office of E&Y as a college recruit? What is the culture there like? Were the new recruits expected to put in extremely long hours? I knew someone who worked there that was expected to work long hours, then party with the boss afterwards, lots of socializing, drinking and staying out late til early morning, then going back to work by 8 a.m. He was told he needed to do that to be in good with the bosses and get ahead. Very stressful. Anyone else experience that? Thanks |
