Need Guidance for Unique Situation

Hi everyone:

I have passed all four parts of CPA exams with California board. Next I will take the Ethic exams.

I have a unique situation.

For education: I have Bachelors and Masters degree in Accounting.

For work experience: I've been working for private sector in the last five yrs. My current company sponsors my green card; therefore I stay with them the last 5 yrs.

Now that I got my green card and I pass exams, I am ready to move on.

My next career goal will be in public accounting.

Here is where my concern begins.

Since I already graduate, I don’t qualify as campus hire, which I believe most firms attracted too.

Since my experience is not in public accounting, I can't say that I am an experienced hire.

What should I do?

Any suggestions are welcome.
