Look. All those questions don't mean a thing. What's important is that they like you and feel that you fit in. If they don't then forget about it. If they do, then you got a job for life. You will have to work and give it you all, but like a caring mother they will send you on vacations, will give you time off, will rent you nice housing, send you to further your education anywhere. But you must be loyal, and you must never take sides against them. Just think of them as a benevolent cult (and I mean that in a good way). Forget the interview, since even if you had all the questions in advance with the perfect answer, you would get no advantage, since they must feel your vibe in order to know if you will fit in. Those questions, you won't even remember answering as they will gently probe your mind.
