RUN

This is without a doubt the worst place I have ever worked. Don't fall for the delusion that you will be a broker. You will be nothing more than a call center worker. For those that don't know, working in a call center means your every action is monitored. If you go to the bathroom it is tracked, if you put a client on hold it is tracked, if you take too long between calls it is tracked. At the end of every day your manager gets a printout of what you did all day & they will ride you for every minute of time not spent taking calls. As you can imagine this leads to very poor morale, and I can tell you from experience that everyone there is just praying to get fired... yes, FIRED! Its that bad!!! Don't think twice about working here....RUN while you still have a soul.
