What is a typical day in the life of an employee at eTrade Financial?

just a another telemarketer job. lots of cold calling and calls being monitored. What I was told at the interview was totally different from the ad in the paper. I walked out half way thru the interview because of this. I noticed about a week later the help wanted ad in my newpaper had changed to be a little less untrue. I wonder why??
