It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Express-scripts? Any advice on striking the right note? |

Be positive, give examples situations, how you resolved them and the outcome. Be specific, don't give general answer. Most companies use the Star format, which mean Situations, Task, Outcome and Result. Don't badmouth a former employer. Good Luck, Express Scripts is going through a lot of changes, keep in mind it's a call center and they're all prety much the same. They have a very liberal attendance policy. |

as a former employee, they use behavioral based questions--give me an example of when you were able to influence an outcome, when you had to give negative news, it's all a mindscrew of sorts. Some jobs have pretesting and thresholds. Rough environment |
