What are the average starting salaries, bonuses, benefits and travel requirements like at Farmers Insurance Group?

I just got a job offer from them.
They said they'd pay a 40k base plus commissions and residuals.

You have to get licensed first, then you can choose to go part time with no salary or full time with base plus commission. They also mentioned they have a Management-program where by the 3rd year if you hit goal they set you up with your own office and you build your own team.

They were claiming 100k+ first year and 200k+ second year.
Almost sounds too good to be true, but it's worth a shot part time.
I'm starting classes tonight.
