It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Fci Federal?

Any advice on striking the right note?

Same general questions asked, really depends if you need a clearance. They are overly harsh on credit checks and you must have a perfect credit rating to get the job. Even a blemish don't apply. Clearances are very slow and take some time to get processed. Security clearances about the slowest I've ever experienced...

I feel like this was the most pleasant interview experience I've ever had. The manager who interviewed me was very nice, laid back, and relaxed. She told me exactly what to expect out of the job. Benefits and pay are handled by corporate, so she couldn't tell me specifics. But she did tell me the hours, duties, and responsibilities. I was pretty thorough and concise in my resume/cover letter, so she didn't ask me many questions about experience. The interview was very conversational. I have high hopes.
