Collections Agent in Call center, PA

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me what this position is like and the typical hours/pay? The ad lists taking inbound calls from customers to pay off overdue balances. I have 2 years of cust. service exp. in a call center, but no collections experience. Thanks!

Depending upon your direct hire manager, it can be a rewarding job or a living nightmare. It also the position will most likely be hourly. Don't be fooled by the inbound call thing, you will be duning people to pay. You will need to deal with angry, frighten and just plan hostile customers.
