It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at FedEx Ground?

Any advice on striking the right note?

For a package handler job it doesn't take much. Just be yourself and don't lie or make yourself something you are not. The interview is the same every time at the Pontiac facility. You sit down with Katie and she will ask you a bunch of questions. If I remember they were like this: What made you want to work for FedEx Ground? and such I really can't remember them all. Good luck.
