What are the average starting salaries, bonuses, benefits and travel requirements like at FedEx? What do you like best about working at FedEx? Are there any great perks or special treats for employees? |

Fedex changed their bi-yearly raises to once a year. That was a few years ago. It's only getting worse. |

I think FedEx is a great company. FedEx values its people. I worked for UPS for 5 years. UPS was a great company, but UPS lost sight of its employees and the people that make their company great! FedEx cares about its employees. The bonus for the sales account executive vary based upon how your territory performs, but FedEx is fair. It is a good company. Every company has its challenges; this is normal. FedEx is management and fair. It is a compaynthat values its people. This speaks volumes. Also, FedEx is growing rapidly and a young college educated person definitely has a future. |

That's pretty encouraging. Currently, I'm being recruited by the FedEx Kinko's Division for a sales position. I'm looking to relocate to New Hampshire, but before I look seriously at pursuing this opportunity, I would like to know what the base salary range is for Field Account Executives (FAEs) in the area. I have about three years of relevant experience. Thanks in advance for the help! |

Also, it seems there's alot of turnover w/ these positions. Are they high-stress positions? |

I am a student seeking facts about the companies HR policies, programs and practices, which aid in retention and motivation of your employees. Why do your employees stay loyal to FedEX. What makes them so willing to participate in the community activities the company is involved in, the volunteering for example. What are the specific perks and or benefits which help to motivate and entice them to work so hard and help to increase employee retention.

Don't be a fool; don't work for Fredex. It will be the worst move of your life. |

My husband has just been contacted for a second interview for a managerial position at Fed Ex. I am wondering how long is the grace period before benefits are available. I would appreciate any insight. |
