How can I be a contractor of Fedex LTL?

I am working for a contractor now. When I asked him how can I be a contractor , he said "I have a contract with Fedex, none of my employee can be a contractor within 2 years." I do not believe this.
Is it true? Any contractors got this kind of statement in their contract with Fedex?

ya thats true you are just a mule go get em donkey , be care dont hurt your knees or break a leg . fedex wont help you out .you get nothing from them
