It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Fidelity Investments? Any advice on striking the right note? |

Run. I worked there for years. They are a bunch of idiots, with basket weaving degrees. They couldn't interview their own mother correctly. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!1 |

I just had an interview with them. It was pretty tough with the questions. I felt that they were almost sarcastic at times, pushing on being unprofessional. I wasnt quite sure why they were asking the questions they asked, but I am sure they had good reason. During the interview I was not made very comfortable at all. Strange pauses, and little "inside" jokes being made at what felt like my expense. I left that interview angry and felt I wasnt given a fair chance. But hey...who knows. Just be prepared to be put on the spot with questions you have no idea how to answer right away. |

If something feels "wrong", it is. You should have walked out of that "interview" as fast at you could, without hesitation. |

Stay away from this company. Very unprofessional, and has become the Walmart of the finance world. It's big and cheap, and working there is like wetting your pants in a dark suit. You get a warm feeling but no one notices that you did anything. It's not a good place to work, it's a low caliber sweatshop. You would like working at Walmart better. |

I went to an interview at the Fidelity building in Westlake, and I was interviewed by a young brunette woman who was very nice, very beautiful, a total digbat, and had a great body and huge watermelon sized bazookas. Holy bazookas, batman!!! I want to for this wench!!! |

Fidelity is big on the "tell us about a time when . . " questions, or at least they were when I worked there from '98-'08. So, have a few easily modifiable anecdotes ready regarding your ability to focus under pressure, turn negatives to positives, etc. FYI, my roles were all customer-facing (retirement phones, retail phones, High Net Worth phones, and investor center). I have no idea how they interview analysts, research associates, technology professionals, etc. |
