I have a phone interview next week for a customer service representative position, Now found it's a teller position and part time. Here's my question: is it really worth it to work there part time? I really want a full time position (I have a MBA)but will consider part time if it means promotion. Does a degree really matter? While surfing the web I saw a position called Management training. How come they didn't mention this to me? Is it a good place to work? I was told you are often "on call" when you first start, does this mean they might call you to work on days off?
