Salaries are low and you must work overtime to get a compatable salary that other companies pay. Pay raises are once a year based on a review which the majority employees recieve low ratings which will give them no pay raise, a low pay raise or they will get a bonuse instead, so if they work a lot of overtime as most have to, the company will save money.
The company does pay out a profit bonuse but when you will recieve it is up in the air because they keep moving back the payout time so you never know when you will recieve it. 401K is available if you can afford to be in it, with low salaries you should either work a lot of overtime or have no bills to pay other than housing and food which should be on a low budget. Health care insurance is available and they have different options for you to choose from, the hmo plan is affordable while the ppo will cost you more than most companies of its size.
