Every business has its own style. What is the office environment and culture like at First Advantage?

business casual dress code. friday jeans are allowed. no happy hours or any nonwork related things. the employees got along well but most people didn't like the management there.

The culture at First Advantage is quite unique -- backstabbing, blame games, and inept "leadership" playing running the company. If you take a job at this company assume it to be temporary until you find a better one!!
