First Data is a horrible place to sell. Turnover is 53% with new hires. Unreasonable expectations and poor management |

Indeed, First Data's Coral Springs location - specifically the Software Development organization is notorious. It is a high-task, low-reward environment. Despite decent salaries, the company's reputation is poor in terms of how they treat the employee. Disputes are always settled in favor of management, employees are punished. Up-and-coming, competent employees are seen as threat to management, and are stifled, moved, or written-up. Worse, the autocracy has not had significant reorg for several years... the same whip-cracking managment is still in place. |
