Would like to hear from current, former or potential but credible/provable experts, insiders and whistleblowers about their experiences with their paymasters (if any). Particularly want to hear from poorly paid competent performers or work-addits who are being abused or exploited.

FY is thrilled that you took such an active interest in the Marketplace
service over the course of its six month existence. There is no doubt your
enthusiasm and passion for helping others has solved numerous product
problems across the world, and for that we are extremely grateful.

Because our Marketplace requires extensive customer service and a large
staff of representatives to help avoid potential issues, we routinely assess
the effectiveness and health of the platform. We realize that the
performance of the Marketplace has not met the expectations of participating
Pros such as yourself, resulting in poor customer satisfaction for customers
and Experts alike. These factors have forced us to suspend and reevaluate
the program in order to work on redefining and improving its core
functionality, with all materials related to Marketplace services being
removed from FY over the next two weeks.

During the next 30-45 days FY will reconcile and distribute all earned
commissions and fees to participating Experts.

Once the reevaluation and improvement of Marketplace is complete we plan to
reintroduce a new and improved program to our community of users. In the
meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us at Your
comments and suggestions are essential to the success of any future program
that may arise.
