Do you work at Flextronics? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?

Any advice for someone trying to get in?

Hi,
I've applied for a position with Flextronics (RTS) in my local area 3 times in the last several months. They seem to advertise it online for a week or two, then it disappears for a month or two, then they are advertising it again.

I have an Associates in Electrical Engr Tech, have several years of sales experience (a good portion of that in retail environment), am very technology oriented, a good credit score (over 740), never fired from a job.

What exactly do I have to do to get these folks to call me?

I recently had two interviews for a sales rep job with Verizon, and was really excited about the opportunity. I have not heard anything back from them in 5 weeks, but I think it is because I was interviewing for a job at a new store that was supposed to open several weeks ago, and still hasn't opened.

My point being that Verizon is extremely discriminating about who they hire, and I had 2 interviews with them, that went very well.

So why won't Flextronics call me?
