Every business has its own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Florida Hospital?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Florida Hospital?

Florida Hospital is an acute-care, not-for-profit health care organization, with eight faith-based campus locations and over 2,100 beds in Central Florida. As one of "America's Best Hospitals" (U.S. News & World Report), they service over one million patients each year with the advantages of world-class resources, state-of-the-art technology, breakthrough medical programs and visionary leadership. But, what makes Florida Hospital truly different is their holistic view of caring, with a mission to heal the mind, body and spirit of each person they touch.

Florida Hospital has a positive work environment with an emphasis on teamwork. Departments have daily devotionals called "Energizers" to do just that, energize the staff as they begin each day. Florida Hospital holds a belief that we are each doing God's work in our own special way. This creates an environment of respect for one another, where we work to fulfill our individual potential and share our gifts with the world.
