refrigeration or hvac jobs

I am looking to go overseas working on a hvac or refrigeration job. Does any body know anything about conditions and pay for these jobs.
How is the pay done? what about ins?

From what i am told the conditions aren;t good. But, the pay is well worth it. i applied with fluor back in August and told to come stateside to come for Dental and Medical after being cleared for government clearance. I was in the VBC in Baghdad Iraq with KBR. I was told that it would take 2 weeks to be shipped out after clearing Medical. It's been almost 2 months now and i'm still here. Being that recruiters are being blind sided by in country management on sending new people.
First pays every 2 weeks full insurance coverage overseas...you pay for it of course. But it's not bad.
R and R every 90 days. if you get a recruiter to look at your information he can answer all this for you. Good luck.
