I felt the same way... horrible company to work for. Love the clothes but management all the way up to Regional and District managers are awful. VERY unprofessional work environment. They work by the saying "everyone is replaceable." They don't value hardwork no matter how much you do...

I would not recommend working for Forever 21. Worst retail experience I ever encountered...
