What's the company culture at Forever 21/Forever XXI?

Every business has its own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Forever 21/Forever XXI?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Forever 21/Forever XXI?

All the girls in the store love to dress up from time to time, always casual, yet with the latest trends. As soon as a new item comes out, we all flock to buy it, just for fun. Usually jeans with a nice top work, or skirts/dresses. A bunch of the girls do get together since that have known eachother a while and all of us get together just fine.

Typical day is slow for a few hours, then very hectic a couple hours before closing. Had the "fitting room" not be invented, 1/2 the mess would be eliminated.

Basically you pick up clothes from the ground, make sure everything is perfect and zipped, and make sure all your clothes from the fitting room are put back and there is usually not a SECOND where are you aren't busy.

Hard work and tiring, but if you like the store, one doesn't really mind.
